English Law shall govern the terms and conditions stated here.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are registered with Data Protection and guarantee that all the information that we may hold about you from time to time will not be passed onto any third parties.

THE DIRECTORY
(1) The term ‘Directory’ includes all forms of service listings is in hard format or on The World Wide Web otherwise known as the Internet.

(2) The directory is owned and managed by Avanti Promotions.

(3) Avanti Promotions and its agents accept no responsibility for the information placed in any of the service listings that are placed within the directory.

(4) Avanti Promotions and its agents do not endorse any product or service that may be offered by any listing within the directory.

(5) Avanti Promotions reserve the right to remove any listing found to be incorrect without any refund whatsoever.

(6) All listings will be reviewed before being made ‘live’ in our listings.

(7) There must be no mention of or inclusion of any pornographic material and/or service or services.

(8) As each entry contains a direct link to your own web site, your web site MUST be working, if you do not have your own web site we can provide one for you – see link. From the Basic and Silver entries your only contact information will come from your web site.

(9) Avanti Promotions and it’s agents cannot be held responsible for any ‘down time’ on the servers, we host our sites un Unix servers with 365 day service and back up.

WEB SITES
We are able to provide clients with a web site service at very moderate rates. This can include the provision of a Domain Name, Hosting and 4 or 6 page site with unlimited images, enquiry form and to include meta tags for search engine listings from only £160. Simply click on Web Sites on the main menu.

ENTRIES

Silver & Gold entries, once your entry is displayed you will have 20 days to make any changes, after that period we will be happy to make three changes during the year for you free of charge. Beyond that further changes will be charged for.

Basic Entries, once displayed you have ten days to advise us of any changes you would like making. After that period any changes will be charged at £10.

The name of the entry must be your trading name or stage name. We will not accept any names with prefix.

All entries must be associated with the Leisure Industry.

Categories, you may select your category on the order form, we reserve the right to change the category depending on your main line of business.

Listings

The order in which entries are listed on a page are Gold at the top, silver below and basic below that.
Basic entries are listed in alphabetical order.
Gold and Silver entries are placed in position as and when received

PAYMENTS
All entries are to be paid for at the time you submit your application. Our site is secure and so are your payment details. We make no charge for credit cards payments.

Basic Entry is included in this directory free of charge and will be displayed for an indefinite period or for as long as your own web site is live. There is one initial charge to cover administration costs of £15.

Silver Entry is charged at £25 per calendar year. We will advise you when it is due for renewal, if not renewed by the given date it will be deleted.

Gold Entry is charged at £45 per calendar year. We will advise you when it is due for renewal, if not renewed by the given date it will be deleted.

Banners. Are charged at various rates depending on size and numbers.

INDEMNITY
By submitting your entry for inclusion in this directory it is accepted that you agree to these terms and conditions. And further more than you indemnify Avanti Promotions and it’s agents form any and all claims brought against you by a third party.
